By signing up for a membership or using any services at Harlan House, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Membership & Access
Memberships at Harlan House provide access to designated coworking areas, amenities, and services based on your selected plan. Access is limited to active members during posted operating hours. Members must check in upon arrival and follow all access protocols.
2. Conduct & Use of Space
Members are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment. No disruptive behavior, loud phone calls outside of designated areas, or harassment of any kind will be tolerated. Members are responsible for leaving shared spaces clean and free of personal items.
3. Amenities & Services
Access to amenities (including Wi-Fi, coffee, printing, meeting rooms, etc.) is based on membership level and subject to availability. Harlan House reserves the right to adjust amenities, hours, or availability as needed for maintenance or improvements.
4. Booking & Use of Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms and soundproof pods must be booked in advance through our member portal. Please respect booking times and leave rooms promptly and clean.
5. Billing & Payments
All memberships are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in suspension of access. No refunds are offered for unused time or early termination, unless required by law.
6. Mail & Virtual Office Services
For members with a virtual office package, mail handling is included. Harlan House is not responsible for lost or misdelivered mail. Mail must be collected within 30 days of receipt unless prior arrangements are made.
7. Liability & Insurance
Harlan House is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Members are encouraged to carry their own business liability or renters insurance. Members assume full responsibility for their belongings and conduct.
8. Termination & Suspension
Harlan House reserves the right to terminate or suspend a membership for breach of these terms, failure to pay, or inappropriate behavior. Members may cancel their membership with 30 days’ written notice.
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or posted notice in the space.
By using our space or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
